This document describes what the service does, what it needs from other providers and what it does not do. It is part of the terms of service. Each feature is marked by its actual status:
- Available: works today in the test environment.
- Requires provider: the system is ready but needs an outside provider (telephony, messaging, payments) that is not connected yet.
1. Sign-up and setup
| Feature | Status |
|---|---|
| Guided 6-step setup: business, hours, menu or services, service and scheduling, payments and tax, review | Available |
| Automatic saving and help by message with the team during setup | Available |
| Administrator review before activation; 7-day trial that starts on activation | Available |
| Screen sharing with the team, only with consent in each session and a window chosen by the business (no audio or recording) | Available |
| "Try your assistant": the business types or talks to it in the browser as a customer would, with no calls and no cost | Available |
2. Serving the business's customers
| Feature | Status |
|---|---|
| Conversation in Spanish and English, by text or by voice in the browser | Available |
| Answering phone calls on the business's number | Requires provider (telephony) |
| Recording notice at the start of every conversation (required in Florida) | Available |
| Answers about hours, address, menu, prices and location details entered by the business | Available |
| Takeout orders, appointments and reservations, with an order read-back and customer confirmation | Available |
| Sales tax added to the total when the business entered it | Available |
| Allergies mentioned by the customer noted on the order for the business | Available |
| Transferring the call to a person at the business when the customer asks | Requires provider (telephony). If nobody is available, it takes a message and phone number, so the business can call back (available) |
| After hours: says the business is closed and when it opens | Available |
3. Business panel (Front Desk)
| Feature | Status |
|---|---|
| List of orders in progress, with an alert sound and a flag for orders nobody has handled | Available |
| Status changes (received, preparing, ready, delivered) that the customer sees on their tracking page | Available |
| "Regular customer": flags phone numbers with 2 or more orders at that same business | Available |
| Statistics: customers served, orders, order value, the busiest hours over the last 4 weeks | Available |
| Menu, price and hours editing by the business itself | Available |
| Customer complaints and notes for the business to handle | Available |
"Order value" adds up what was ordered even if it was not collected: it is not confirmed revenue.
4. Messages to end customers
| Feature | Status |
|---|---|
| Message with the tracking link when the order is created, and a notice when it is ready | Requires provider (WhatsApp or SMS); simulated today and shown on the Front Desk |
| Option to send each notice by WhatsApp and SMS at the same time | Requires provider; simulated today |
| Cap on messages per order and a delay before sending so it can be undone | Available |
| Opt-out with "STOP": the person stops receiving messages from that business | Available in the system; goes live with the provider |
Only informational messages about the transaction are sent. No promotions or advertising.
5. Payments
| Feature | Status |
|---|---|
| Charging the business's subscription | Requires provider (Stripe); nothing is charged today |
| Prepayment of orders with the business's own account | Requires provider (the business's Stripe account); simulated today |
| The assistant never asks for or receives card numbers | Always |
6. What the service does not do
- It does not handle emergencies or contact 911.
- It does not give medical, legal or financial advice, and does not confirm that a dish is safe for an allergy.
- It is not offered to clinics, medical offices or businesses that handle health data.
- It does not send advertising, call phone lists or sell data.
- It does not guarantee it will understand everything: when in doubt, it asks again or offers a person.
- It does not replace the business's review: the business accepts and prepares each order.
7. What the business needs
- An up-to-date browser (computer, tablet or phone) for the Front Desk.
- Keep the menu, prices, hours, tax and availability current.
- A person to handle what the assistant cannot resolve and to review orders.
- To answer real calls: forward its number to the one we assign, once telephony is connected.
8. Support
- By message from setup and the Front Desk, and by WhatsApp at +1 (786) 788-4834.
- Screen sharing only if the business accepts it for that session; it can stop it at any time.
- Setup changes requested by the business are applied and dated.
9. Data and security
- Key-based access; each business sees only its own data. The administrator and the business use separate access.
- Transcripts with personal data masked, deleted after 35 days; personal data in orders deleted after 90 days.
- More details in the privacy policy.
